Hotdog Production Supervisor
  • Supervises the personnel involved in the operation by giving advise and instructions to the flow of work.
Tocino Production Supervisor
  • Directly reporting to the Production Manager who supervise the production workforce.
  • Supervises the flow of the processes involve.

Tocino Production Foreman
  • Monitors the processes involve in the production of Tocino. Such as:
    1. Receiving of raw meat after weighing.
    2. Monitors the proper segregation of meat to be processed.
    3. Slicing and mixing.

  • Monitors the proper measurement and timing of major production equipment
  • Inspects and make sure that the characteristics of raw materials and finished product of quality and meet the standard and specifications being set by the company.
Longaniza/Sweet Ham/Ham Mix Production Supervisor
  • In-charge in the over-all supervision of the processes involved in the longaniza, SH, and HMX production by giving advise and general instructions to the flow of work.
Longaniza/Sweet Ham/Ham Mix Foreman
  • Assigned to inspect and classify the quality and weight of meat to be processed.
Coordinator
  • In-charge in monitoring the weight and proportion used in longaniza and as well as raw materials used such as:

  1. FIFO Procedure (Meat/Fats)
  2. Scrap
  3. Ingredients
  • Assigned in labeling the finished products.
