Quality Assurance Head
- Responsible for all the operation in the quality assurance department.
Quality Assurance Supervisor
- In-charge of the microanalysis division and will be in charge of all the operation in the absence of the QA Head.
Quality Control Department Supervisor
- Responsible for the sampling and inspecting of raw materials and ingredients for all the products.
- Responsible for implementing Good Management Practice (GMP) inside and outside plant premises.
GMP Personnel
- Monitoring of GMP inside and outside plant premises.
- Hourly monitoring of temperature and chlorine concentration in the different areas of the plant.
- In-charge of checking and receiving of raw materials.
- In-charge of the dispatch.
R & D Personnel
- Responsible for the gathering samples to be analyzed in the laboratory.
- In-charge in the monitoring of weight of spices to be used in all products.
- In-charge in gathering samples for sensory evaluation.
LAB Technician
- In-charge of all the microbial analysis of all products.
- Recording of data of all microbial loads of each product.
Laboratory Assistant
- Responsible for all the lab apparatuses.
- Responsible for the preparation of solutions and equipment to be used for daily microanalysis.
- In-charge of the chlorine which will be used for all the areas in the plant.
- Sanitation inside the QA department.
